QratedBake turns last night's sales, the weather and what is happening in town into your production sheet. It reaches your inbox and the kitchen tablet before your baker starts.
30 days free on either plan. Works with Toast.
An example of what a morning looks like. Your sheet uses your own sales and items.
This is the kitchen tablet page as QratedBake shows it. Each section has its own tab, the crew checks items off as they make them, and the bar at the top shows how far along the morning is.
No new routine for the crew and no spreadsheets for you. The sheet comes to you in the layout your baker already uses.
Fill in one short form with your store details and Toast API keys. We load up to two years of your sales and waste history, which takes about an hour.
Each morning QratedBake pulls the previous day's sales and builds your production sheet in the layout your baker already uses. It lands in your inbox and on the kitchen tablet by the time you pick.
The crew checks items off on the tablet as they make them. Waste, sellouts and leftovers feed back in, so the plan fits your store a little better every week.
QratedBake recommends a number for every item. Your baker can always adjust.
The same weekday over recent weeks, weighted toward the latest, so a slow stretch shows up within a week or two.
Learned from your store's own history, separately for bread and pastry, sandwiches and cakes.
Street fairs, parades and busy weekends in town raise the plan for the right day.
Holiday weeks and the days around them follow what your store actually sold on them.
Items that run out early get more, weighted by how early in the day they ran out.
On Basic, your waste target keeps the total in check. On Pro, every item is planned by profit: cheap to make items stay in stock, expensive ones are planned tighter.
Bread and pastry are planned for tomorrow's bake, cakes and sandwiches for today, with what is already in the case taken off.
Items that sell a few a day bake every other day instead of going to waste every day.
The crew works from a tablet page. You get a private dashboard. Nothing to install.
Start with 30 days free on either plan. You can move between plans at any time.
Prices are per store. iPhone and Android apps for owners and crews are on the way.
Built by a bakery café owner, and used every morning in his own café in Red Bank, New Jersey.
QratedBake started as the answer to one question every morning crew asks: how many do we make today? It is shaped by real sellouts, real waste logs and real 4:30 AM starts.
A Toast POS with API access: your restaurant GUID, plus a client ID and secret with read access to orders, menus and stock. Toast can issue these, or you can find them in Toast Web under Integrations. You also need the email addresses that should get the sheet and your store hours.
The one your baker already uses. At setup we match QratedBake to your sheet's layout and items, so the numbers land where your team expects them. When your menu changes, you choose which items your café makes.
By the time you choose, any time from 12:30 AM to 10 AM. QratedBake builds it from the whole previous day's sales 15 minutes before, and you can change the time from your dashboard.
No. It recommends a number for every item and shows why. Your baker can adjust anything, and the crew records what was actually made so the next plan learns from it.
Yes, at any time. Moving down never deletes anything, and moving back up brings every setting back.
Your Toast data is used only to plan your store. Your dashboard and tablet page are private links, and everything is backed up every night in encrypted form. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
iPhone and Android apps for owners and crews are in the works. Today everything runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
Tell us your café and we will send your private setup link. Setup takes about five minutes, and the first sheet shows up about an hour later.
